How to Delete Your Account

A step-by-step guide to permanently deleting your Entreo account. Learn about what happens to your data after deletion.

Important Note

If you delete your account, you will permanently lose your profile, messages, and photos. This action cannot be undone.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the Entreo app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner to open the navigation drawer.
  3. Select Settings (or scroll down to find Account options).
  4. Tap on Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your choice by tapping Yes, Delete in the confirmation dialog.

What happens next?

  • Your profile will be removed from Entreo.
  • Any active orders will be cancelled.
  • We will retain some data for legal obligations as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
